Slow down, yield the nervous system, and stay in play in this unraveled space.  We’ll prepare the body and mind for meditation unlocking and clearing blockages by opening up energy channels to allow life force to freely flow through, using props to help stay in alignment and deepen the pose before closing with the nectar of Nidra, yogic sleep. This juice is worth the squeeze.
